Queenstown

After two days of radio silence I shall not keep you waiting as long this time.

Today I arrived at Queenstown. It’s a beautiful, busy town on the side of the surrounding mountains bustling with tourists and locals. It seems, Queenstown is the centre for outdoor activities and there are numerous places to book adventures. I declined and strolled along the water front and through the streets.

I have also decided on the next days and set the day for crossing over to the north island. The ferry is booked. It’s going to be an early start as the time I was looking for was already sold out. Well, “early to bed and early to rise” is what they say, right? But for now, I will enjoy the next days here on the south island driving up along the west coast. Tomorrow will be just a short drive. I will keep you posted!
