I left the camp site early this morning with the clouds still hanging low over and in the mountains. Winding its way along the mountains, I drove thought thick fog at times. Took things a bit slowlier today, but the drive to Nelson was short. With only two or three stops along the way, I arrive at around lunch time in sunny Nelson. You’ll see my post from earlier. It is already chilly, but in direct sunlight, it was really warm and nice walking into and through the town centre. It was only a short walk from the campground.
As seen in many other towns along the way so far, the pavements are mostly roofed. It was not raining toda, but even a little shade came in handy. I had a nice second breakfast and then got a few impressions I will show here. I’m back in the camper for a cup of tea and a quiet afternoon with a book (and a few blog posts to write).
Enjoy!
