11° C and thick rainy clouds – not exactly what I was hoping for on my (still) summer holiday. But here we are. I made it through clouds and rain to my first stop: getting stocked up on necessities, food, and specialty sweets. Unfortunately, even if it may look like it, it will not last the next weeks.
As planned, I then phoned the camper site in Stockholm – and they were fully booked. Well, I had a plan B and the weather forecast had changed a bit. So I gave them a call, but it was just a reference to the website. No booking over the phone. Fine by me. Would it not have been for the security check issues with BOTH my credit cards.
So plan B turned into plan C and here I am now on a camping site not far from the plan B site. I‘ll spare you the details of the call to the bank in order to get things fixed. I will find out the next time I am trying to make an online booking.
The weather is not much better than this morning: 15° C, drizzling rain – good thing, I have a warm hoodie. Should have made something to eat then (and kept storing all the stuff I bought afterwards)… but as it turns out (not) surprisingly enough, I have too much stuff and it took me longer than expected. Well, at least most of it is tucked safely away, I had a quick thing to eat and now (not that I have inbetween and it didn‘t work), I am actually trying to write a blog post for the first time since ages ago via the app – if you can read this, I succeeded. Not sure I will be satisfied with the result, though…
