Sometimes plans change as you make them. I thought about spending one last night in Sweden, before catching a ferry from Bodø to the Lofoten islands, but then I drove on after my lunch break. I was thinking about staying over in Fauske, but the camper parking place was full. After a walk with Ronja I decided to drive on to Bodø and get in line for the next ferry. They were just about to finish loading the 18.45 service as I arrived.
Now I’m waiting in line for the 22.30 departure. I had some time to spare so I went into the town, got a chai latte at Espresso House, and walked back on the water front. Bodø is a lovely buzzing seaside town. With the sun behind the clouds it’s getting cooler in the wind an we’re airing out the camper. Ronja has settled on her cooling mat and I’m writing a quick blog entry.
